With 13 years of experience, I specialize in product leadership and operational excellence. I'm an English major by training, but very technical by practice. Systems thinking and narrative precision are the same in my eyes. I'm comfortable in ambiguous, under-defined spaces because the trait I value most highly in my product management practice is clarity.
